Oak Furniture Superstore is live on a new site, reimagined from the ground up with their team.
The brief was the shopping experience itself, not a coat of paint. What changed:
A cleaner interface. Browsing and buying no longer make customers work for it.
Navigation built for the range. Dining sets through to bedroom essentials, with fewer steps between a customer and the thing they came for.
Better imagery. Detailed, high-quality photography so shoppers know what they are getting before it arrives — and fewer of them send it back.
Responsive throughout. The same experience on a phone as on a desktop.
Furniture is a considered purchase, so friction costs more here than it does elsewhere. That's the thinking behind the rebuild.
