Top-Notch Support and Hosting

Once your website has been built, we can offer a support and hosting agreement to host your website on a dedicated Google Cloud Server and provide access to our service desk portal to report issues and ask our team questions about your setup.

Support Desk

We believe it is vital that you feel supported. As part of our support and hosting agreement, we provide access to our service desk portal which can be used to raise support issues or ask our dedicated team questions surrounding your admin areas and website. The service desk portal gives you the ability to track and stay updated on all of your organisation's reported support tickets. Our support team then provides one-to-one help in resolving any issues or questions you may have surrounding your setup. Our dedicated team are always more than happy to help.

Support tickets

We also use our large team of QA engineers to triage support tickets as they come in. That means that all tickets will be checked within minutes of being submitted. So, if it’s anything that could be affecting your revenue, we’ll get that sorted right away. And if you thought that was good, well, you should know that we don’t charge for bug fixes however big or small.

Hold us to our word...

We know it’s important to have clear support and hosting service level agreements (SLA), so we deliver what you expect when you expect it. However, if you ever feel like we’ve fallen short you can hold us accountable during our monthly meetings with the senior management. We always want to nip any problems in the bud early, so we can stay focused on driving your growth online.

Training

During the development of your website, we’ll run tailored training sessions where our team will be able to walk you through the basics and more complex elements of your setup. We will even follow up with written documentation on your admin areas to help explain how it all works! Even after your website has been launched you can still request follow-up training sessions to go through these areas, especially for any newer members of your team.
