Six years ago this week, we launched our first website for Topps Tiles. Two platforms and a few awards later, we are still at it.
That first project was a full user experience makeover and a move to Adobe Commerce (Magento). We rebuilt the navigation, streamlined the customer journey, and laid a foundation for a digital experience as inspiring as the products on it.
Since then we have launched Topps Tiles and Topps Tiles Trade, and kept refining both into the omnichannel experience they are today. DIY enthusiast or trade professional, the journey holds up — online and in store.
The latest site lets customers toggle between the B2B and B2C experience, so two very different audiences finally sit under one roof.
The work has been recognised
Best DIY, Furniture and Homeware Website of the Year — UK eCommerce Awards
Mastermind — Adobe Experience Maker Awards
Best UX/UI and Best of the Year — The Drum Digital Industry Awards
Thank you to the Topps Tiles team for trusting us with it, and to Jade Girgensons-Coates and Sian Garvey in particular. Here's to the next chapter.
