Catching up with Gorgias

Good to spend proper time with our partners at Gorgias. Between us we have the pleasure of working with Le Chameau and John Lobb — two brands whose customers expect a great deal of the service behind the product, and rightly so.

Most of the conversation was about what comes next: how we keep raising the bar on customer service, and craft experiences for our clients' customers that hold up next to the products they sit behind.
