AI Assistant enters public beta in Adobe Experience Platform

Adobe's new AI Assistant is in public beta in Adobe Experience Platform, answering questions about data, analytics and customer journeys in plain language.

Adobe has announced the public beta of its AI Assistant inside Adobe Experience Platform. The pitch is straightforward: fewer people stuck in front of a dashboard they cannot interpret.

What it does

The AI Assistant works as a guide for marketing teams inside Adobe Experience Platform, in three areas:

  • Data guidance — helping you understand and navigate complex datasets, with contextual explanations and recommendations for how the data should be used.

  • Analytics support — asking natural language questions about your performance metrics instead of digging through dense dashboards, and getting a clear answer back.

  • Customer journey simulations — exploring hypothetical journeys and modelling campaign scenarios before you build them.

Why it matters if you run a store

Adobe Commerce (Magento) merchants live on customer insight, and the usual bottleneck is not the data — it is who in the team is able to ask it a question. This lowers that bar. You no longer need deep technical expertise to ask which categories drive revenue, or which segments respond to which messaging.

At scale, that shortens the loop between noticing something and acting on it.

Availability

It is a public beta, so Adobe is actively collecting feedback. If you are already using Adobe Experience Platform as part of your data strategy, the beta is the cheapest time to work out whether it earns a place in your process.

What this means for you

Treat it as an experiment with a low cost of entry, not a replacement for someone who understands your numbers. Try it against questions you already know the answer to first — that is how you find out whether to trust it on the ones you don't.
