We spent time at Ecom Collab Club this week, in a session on promotional strategies ahead of BFCM.

It was a good one. Peak trading plans benefit from being argued out loud with people who have run them before, rather than settled quietly in a spreadsheet. Ideas swapped, ideas taken away.
