When luxury lingerie brand Agent Provocateur needed a more advanced eCommerce platform to support its growing global presence, they partnered with Tom&Co to make it happen. By migrating to a headless Adobe Commerce (Magento 2) setup with seamless ERP integration, we helped them unlock greater flexibility, improve omnichannel capabilities, and elevate the customer experience.

Agent Provocateur operates across the US and EU, with both a thriving eCommerce business and brick-and-mortar stores. Their existing platform was holding them back, offering only limited integration options and restricting their ability to create a truly omnichannel shopping experience.

To ensure customers could easily find the perfect piece, we integrated Klevu search technology, improving product discoverability across the site. The new setup also made it easy to introduce new languages and currencies, allowing the brand to scale across multiple regions without disrupting back-end operations.
To enhance the brand’s omnichannel presence, we added GiveX, a digital gift card solution that allows customers to seamlessly redeem their gift cards both online and in-store. This integration kept customers engaged, whether they were shopping from home or visiting a boutique.
Email marketing also plays a crucial role in Agent Provocateur’s strategy, so we integrated Dotdigital, improving automation and customer journeys across multiple touchpoints. This gave the brand the flexibility to create targeted, high-impact campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.
