Topps Tiles has been around since 1963, with over 300 stores nationwide. You might think they’d be resting on their laurels… but not a chance. They came to us with a clear goal: make their digital experience seamless for both trade and retail customers, and truly bring their online and offline worlds together.

So, what happened when we rolled up our sleeves? Pretty impressive results: ✅ +30% consumer revenue post-launch ✅ Trade revenue doubled ✅ Conversion rates jumped from 0.7% to over 4% ✅ Online sales trebled during lockdown and stayed +45% year-on-year ✅ 89% customer satisfaction in-store

How did they pull it off? By going headless on Magento, crafting a frictionless omnichannel experience across 332 stores, and building a UX that actually inspires. From design visualisers and Rewards+ for trade pros to click-and-collect with live stock info, every touchpoint was designed to make shopping a breeze.

The takeaway? B2B doesn’t have to be clunky or complicated. With a bit of creativity and clever UX, trade customers can enjoy the same smooth, inspiring journeys as everyday shoppers.
